Everspring Solutions is a new, independent company established through a carve-out from Value Added Services within PayEx. We bring the entire competence environment from that unit (people, services and culture) and build on a strong legacy of innovation in payment and financing services.

Everspring Solutions is built by people with deep industry expertise. Our leadership and key staff represent some of the most experienced professional environments in the Nordics in payments, financing and digital customer journeys.
- 25+ years of experience in product development and architecture within Value Added Services, responsible for developing, modernising and operating large payment and loyalty platforms.
- 25+ years of experience from PayEx Ledger and financing, with strong expertise in invoicing, credit, financing solutions and the regulatory framework.
- 15+ years of experience from Swedbank Pay, with expertise in PSP services, terminals, transaction flows and merchant infrastructure.
This combination of finance, technology and product leadership puts us in a unique position to deliver high quality, stable operations and continuous innovation.
